Seattle Land Use Code
Metro and the City of Seattle are working together to create potential legislation that would:
- Define bus layover facilities in the Land Use Code
- Create a process for permitting them
- Include standards to help bus hubs fit into three neighborhoods (South Lake Union, Uptown, and the area north of downtown Seattle)
